What's the difference between Free and Unlimited?

Only the limits on contexts and actions. Action types, recording mode, media keys, icon fetching, monitor presets, themes, localization, and signed auto-updates are identical.

How many machines can I use the license on?

Unlimited allows up to 3 devices per license, all owned by you. The Free tier doesn't use a license key, so the device-limit concept doesn't apply — download and try it freely. Sharing a license key with others is prohibited by the Terms of Service.

If I upgrade from Free to Unlimited, do my settings carry over?

Yes. Settings live locally; entering the license key simply lifts the limits. No re-configuration required.

Can I get a refund?
